REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Shopper and PureGo agree that return or refund is subject to the following policy:

1. Item replacement are only valid if:
(1) The product delivered is damaged or expired
(2) The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site

2. The purchased item to be replaced is supported by the original copy of the receipt.

3. The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags, labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired

4. Refund of order should be subject to approval of management. 

5. Replacement or exchange will be done in PureGo’s partner store where the item was purchased.

6. Reports for lost packages must be submitted within 3 days after the order was created.

7. Reports for damaged items must be submitted 72 hours after successful delivery of the product.

8. Non-food merchandise must be returned complete with original packaging, manual, and factory sales intact.

9. Undergarments are not eligible for returns nor exchanges.

10. Items considered as "Service Center" are not refundable and will be returned to an authorized Service Center to repair under manufacturer's warranty.

11. Replacement or exchange of perishable items is only valid within 24 hours from date of purchase.

12. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

13. PureGo cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

14. For any refund concerns, kindly send an email support@purego.com. Our customer service personnel will get back to you within 24 hours.
