SHIPPING POLICY

Our regular delivery hours are from 10am to 6pm. However, given the Community Quarantine in Metro Manila and road traffic, lead time for the delivery of the purchased items may vary. In the event that the items are not delivered within the estimated time you may email us through support@purego.com.

Delivery of the purchased item should take a maximum of 24 hours if an order is completed before 4 pm and within 48h if an order is completed after 4pm. Purego will schedule pick up with 3PL operators everyday at 7pm. 3PL (Third Party Logistics) companies will come pick up the orders in the partner stores the day after at 8am (for morning delivery).

PureGo shall not be liable to the shopper for any loss, damage or expense arising out of late delivery when the cause of action is solely attributable to shoppers negligence. This includes but is not limited to failure of the shopper to provide correct and complete information directions or instructions, or failure to assign a person to receive the items purchased when the shopper can not personally receive them when delivered.
